Currently in its development phase, The Malveaux Report is a PBS public affairs program committed to providing a primetime venue for engaging and thought provoking documentaries that fully explore critical issues confronting African Americans, Latinos, and other minorities from an economic perspective.
Hosted by Dr. Julianne Malveaux, an economist, author, and television/radio commentator, the show will combine in-depth investigation with roundtable discussions by diverse groups of experts to address issues such as:

The Impact of Outsourcing on Black America
The Changing Face of Cities
Presented by Howard University Television (WHUT) to PBS stations across the country, the Malveaux Report team includes a dynamic and high quality group of production and programming executives.
Each week the show segments will be:
Headlines: A weekly rundown of economic news headlines including fluctuations in economic indicators, and their impact on people of color.
The Malveaux Report: An 8-12 minute in-depth features on people of color making great strides in financial & economic success
Discussion: Dr. Malveaux will lead a roundtable discussion with financial experts, historians, and social/political analysts. Also during this period Dr. Malveaux may interview an individual about the headlines or the report.
